"Need a new maintenance program for pool area! Concrete was extremely dirty and mildewing, green and to slippery to walk much less walk fast for the kids, an accident waiting to happen. I notified the manager about the entire pool area needing a deep power wash, and this is what I pay for?"
"Rooms are always nice and clean. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms have small kitchens so you can prepare meals to keep costs down. Had a 3 bedroom unit for family to get together."

We arrived for our anniversary and the second I mean the exact second I shut our hotel door a male staff member knocks saying we need to go get our resort bracelets for a gift and if we dont he will knock again later and everyday we are here..Very unprofessional and rude..I dare him to try to knock today lol.. not cool workdmark..do better.."
"Had a blast. Great place with a great location! The staff were helpful and courteous. Very clean rooms! Heated pool with 2 hot tubs and a kiddie pool, game room and business center/conference rooms. I have seen some reviews stating low water pressure in the showers. We stayed on the top floor and the pressure was amazing. Nothing like a full body pressure washing! My only thoughts were the rooms seem a little outdated as far as furniture and style..."
"We love this resort. It’s in a great location, the staff is great, and the experience is great. It is located right on the beach. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants quickly. The rooms are really nice and spacious, they are clean and tidy, but could have been cleaner. The staff handled some tricky situations very well and they genuinely cared about us. "We had such a wonderful stay at Seaside WorldMark in February! One of our favorite parts was the outdoor pool being heated to 87 degrees — it was amazing to be able to swim comfortably in the winter. The hot tub was also perfect and made for such a relaxing experience. We were there over Super Bowl weekend, and the resort really went above and beyond by hosting a Super Bowl party for guests. It was held in the game..."
